Happiness Hill Christian Home & Academy

Happiness Hill is located on 27 acres of beautifully wooded property in Union, Mississippi.

The Lord has blessed us with a great place for our young ladies. We have dormitories to care for 30 young ladies. Each room consists of three to four girls who have a room captain.

We also have a school where the girls do A.C.E. Christian school work.

Bro. David Harrell is the Principal and his wife Becky is the school Supervisor.

We also have a beautiful chapel where the girls hear preaching through out the week.

We have many different activities that our young ladies take part in which include: Bible Memorization where they memorize scripture for one hour a day, sports such as volleyball and basketball, singing and learning musical instruments, and crafts such as painting, drawing, sewing, & quilting.

We are a faith based home who solely trust God to meet every need. We do not accept any Federal or State Aid; we are supported by local churches and individuals who help monthly. It cost somewhere around $23,000 a month to keep the doors open and God always does this. For each young lady, it costs approximately $1200 a month. This includes housing, staff, facilities, food, insurance, & utilities. Schooling cost around $800 a year. We do not reject or accept on the basis of financial standing. However, we do expect parents to do all they can.
